Each individual pet request will be submitted to the Landlord and Landlord Approval must be granted prior to the tenancy start. Agreeing to pay the extra rental amount in respect of the pet does not substitute the automatic approval from the Landlord. The Landlord has the right to refuse the request of a pet a property without giving any reason.
Although the Nil Deposit Scheme is available there is still the facility to pay a standard deposit which will be registered in with the Deposit Protection Scheme. The choice is yours!
